Description

This map was commissioned for author Kaitlyn Davis' newest novel: The Shadow Soul (more here). It was absolutely thrilling to do a map based on a finished story that will actually make these places "real." It is in B/W for print but I will hopefully be doing a color version sometime soon.

My process, as for all my maps, is to sketch by hand with pencil and edit digitally.
